STEP 1: ACTIVATE

We first soak our nuts for 3 days to activate live enzymes which break down phytic acids, also known as antinutrients, that block the absorption of minerals like magnesium, zinc, and calcium. This makes the nutrients more bioavailable and gentler on the digestive system.

STEP 2: DEHYDRATE

Low-temperature dehydration gently removes moisture without high heat or roasting, which can degrade nutrients. In this step, we reduce anti-nutrients like phytic acid while preserving the enhanced nutrients and enzymes activated during sprouting. It also intensifies the natural flavor of nuts and seeds!
