Shipping Policy

We aim to ship all orders within 1–2 business days of receiving them. Orders are shipped from Walpole, MA.

Delivery

Delivery times are approximate and will vary depending on your location:

• East Coast: 3-4 business days
• Midwest: 4-7 business days
• West Coast: 5-8 business days
• Alaska and Hawaii: 7-14 business days
  

Please note: delivery times may vary during holidays or periods of high shipping volume.

 

Changing Shipping Address

Once an order is placed, we're unable to change the shipping address. We know this isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate your understanding.

If your order has already shipped, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly—they may be able to reroute or hold the package for pickup. You may also be able to retrieve the package from the original address if possible.
